就业质量对青年农民工社会认同的影响研究

     青年农民工作为我国城市化和社会转型过程中出现的一种特殊群体,研究他们的社会认同对于其城市融入以及我国城市化的顺利进行有着重大的意义。影响青年农民工社会认同的因素有很多,其中,就业质量因为在社会经济结构中的关键位置,对于青年农民工的社会认同有着重要的作用,而社会交往作为个体社会整合过程中的重要环节,在就业质量对社会认同的影响关系中的作用也不容忽视。本研究通过在厦门的实证调查,考察当前青年农民工就业质量、社会认同以及社会交往现状,并探讨三者的关系,从而分析青年农民工就业质量与社会认同的内在规律。
     研究发现,青年农民工的就业质量虽然有所改善,但是仍然处于劣势,他们的社会认同也处于一种困境之中。而在社会交往方面,青年农民工在城市中构建了一种独特的社会交往网络的“差序格局”。
     根据单因素方差分析、相关分析和回归分析的结果,就业质量对分类认同没有显著影响;在归属和情感认同两个维度上,客观就业质量对青年农民工认同的影响部分是通过社会交往发挥作用的,职业地位的提高和工资收入的增加,促使青年农民工拥有更大的交往网络规模,同城市居民的交往也更多,这有利于青年农民工对城市产生积极的认同,即对城市的归属和情感认同增强。除此之外,职业对归属和情感认同仍然有一定解释力,可以在一定程度上对归属和情感认同产生直接影响,呈正相关关系。社会交往维度的其他因素也对归属和情感认同产生了积极的影响;在未来认同上,职业没有显著影响,但是收入具有较强的影响作用,且影响是显著的,收入增加,未来更倾向于留在城市。同时,社会交往维度中的与城市居民关系和城市居民友好度两个变量也有显著影响。主观就业质量对归属、情感和未来认同都没有显著影响。
     [英文摘要]:      Young migrant workers is a special group appearing in the urbanization and social transformation in China, therefore, it is of great importance to study young migrant workers’ social identity and is good for their integration into city life. There are many factors that can affect social identity, among which employment quality is especially important as it plays a key role in socioeconomic formation. Besides, social identity cannot be ignored as it is a major part in social integration. Through the survey conducted in Xiamen, the research tries to describe the situation of young migrant workers’ employment quality, social communication and social identity as well as their relationship so as to analyze inherent laws between employment quality and social identity.
     The findings tell us that though young migrant workers’ employment quality has been improved, it is still at a disadvantage, and young migrant workers’ social identity is in a dilemma. Concerning social communication, young migrant workers has established in the downtown a special network called “Cha xu ge ju”.
     According to the results of One-Way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis, employment quality has no significant effect on categorization identity. In the dimensions of affiliation and emotion identity, objective employment quality affects identity partly through social communication which means that with improvement in occupational status and growth in income, young migrant workers own larger network size and communicate with more urban residents, so that that they develop an active identity to cities. Besides, their occupation has a direct influence on affiliation and emotion identity. What’s more, some other factors of social communication are influential. With regard to future identity, occupation has no effect while income is strongly effective. At the same time, young migrant workers’ relation with city residents and city residents’ friendliness towards them is also of significant effect.
