Customer value is the benefits to customers which is brought by enterprises participation. Customer value includes product value, services value, personnel value and image value. Customers are always pursuing value maximization. In customer-oriented market environment, the essence of marketing is to increase customer value, form and strengthen the advantages of customer value. With the development of Internet, e-marketing creates a variety of new value for customers, the Internet and related technologies is becoming more and more popular in organisations. In this essay, the author discuses how the Internet and related technologies assist organisations with creating customer value from the aspect of product value, services value, personnel value and image value, and the ethical and legal considerations need to be taken into account .
